The Journey

Four stages, with our family workshop beside you throughout.

  1. 01

    A first conversation

    Tell us about your playing and the instrument you have in mind. We discuss the model, materials, dimensions and individual details.

  2. 02

    An agreed specification

    You receive a written offer with the specification, price and anticipated timing. A 50% deposit confirms the order and reserves your place in the workshop.

  3. 03

    Made in our workshop

    Your instrument is built to the agreed specification. Any requested changes are reviewed with you for their effect on cost and timing.

  4. 04

    Ready for your hands

    Final setup and delivery arrangements are agreed with you. The remaining balance is due before shipment.

Before we begin.

When is my place reserved?

After the specification and written offer are accepted and the 50% deposit is received. The confirmed offer sets the price and reservation terms. The deposit is non-refundable once the commission is accepted and work begins.

What is included in the price?

The instrument and additions listed in your written specification. Published starting prices are net, in EUR. Taxes, delivery and any import charges are considered separately.

DDP delivery, with all import charges included in your quoted total, can be arranged on request where available. Please mention this when you enquire. We will confirm availability for your destination, the included duties and taxes, and the total in your written offer.

Can I change the specification?

We review requested changes with you before proceeding, including their effect on the price, construction and schedule.
