Arm Bevel
A softer meeting between forearm and body.

Inside the design
The Rib Bevel softens the rear edge where the guitar meets your torso. Its shaped transition spreads contact over a broader surface instead of pressing a square back edge into the player.
It belongs to the back-and-side construction and is distinct from the Arm Bevel on the front. We consider the two together with body depth, waist and your usual playing position.
Not by itself. A rib bevel changes the local contact area at the back edge; the overall body depth remains a separate design choice.
Yes, where appropriate to the body design. Arm, rib and palm bevels address different contact points and are confirmed individually in your specification.
The photographed instrument has its own specification. Decorative inlays and individual artwork are optional and quoted separately.
Your instrument
The right combination begins with your playing. Construction, materials and optional details are confirmed in your individual specification.
